This is a Desk Based role responsible for calling and acquiring new customers to TalkTalk Business from a range of generated leads.
The role of a New Business Sales Executive is a fundamental part of TalkTalk Businesses continued growth, by building and developing strong and meaningful relationships with prospect organisations, in order to grow business revenue streams through targeted new business activity.
You're ultimately tasked with delivering targeted levels of revenue acquisition through promoting all of TalkTalk Business’ products and services in a professional and ethical way.
How will I add value in the role?
Acquire new customers through a variety of pro-active activities including outbound dialling and digital marketing contact.
Collaborate with internal resources in order to provide the right solution and optimum customer experience.
Manages a seamless transition and handover of accounts to the in-life teams.
Research companies and individuals to identify new leads.
Managing and nurturing opportunities effectively through the pipeline stages to conclusion, ensuring that the CRM is updated accurately at all times
Provide feedback off the back of any marketing activity that has been used to warm up any prospect activity.
Our Business Account Executives must be able to demonstrate excellent people skills and communicate effectively both with internal and external customers at all levels.
Must have the capability to take ownership of business issues and drive through to positive conclusions.
Clearly be able to translate and articulate into client value the commercial proposition from TTB Key competencies
What do I need in order to deliver in the role?
You'll have a track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in a telecoms or IT solutions environment.
You'll have experience of generating new business, via outbound calling.
You'll understand the full sales cycle and forecasting.
