We are passionate  about finding new ways for customers to experience the full power of the Salesforce platform, how we best use emerging technologies to drive customer success and are established thought leaders in our industries.

To ensure we are leveraging the innovation to best effect,  we are looking to recruit a leader for a newly formed team that brings together the teams responsible for innovation and programme execution. By combining the teams, we will be able to effectively  incorporate the new ideas, solutions and methodologies that our teams are developing and allow for a more effective and scalable way to surface, share, celebrate and re-use our ideas on new inventive ways to provide solutions to our customers.

The leader will be responsible for developing and enhancing innovation across the Solutions organisation, ensuring that we make maximum use of our new ideas and successes, providing platforms to showcase innovation to ensure it. The leader will ensure that successful innovation is translated into re-usable assets and shared to measurable success across the wider organisation. 

In addition to driving creativity and invention, the leader will be responsible for the management of the reporting and operational activities of the Solutions organisation, liaising with other operating units to share and develop best practice to ensure that the UKI Solutions organisation is maintaining its reputation as a source of solutions thought leadership, new model creation and innovation.

Experience/Skills Required

• Significant experience of working as a solution engineer across a variety of market segments and technologies 

• Leadership of SE organisations and/or Innovation teams - preferably in a matrix environment

• Programme or project management experience

• Track record of driving customer facing innovation resulting in tangible and measurable success

• Ability to transform innovation into repeatable assets or processes to drive scale and re-use

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to challenge and influence 

• Leveraging knowledge and interest in emerging trends across products, industries and transformation to best and measurable effect.

• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and enthusiastic about working in a matrix environment

• Experience of defining and delivering metric and outcomes based processes to show the value of organisations
