Our Enterprise Infrastructure team helps PwC develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. As a part of our team, you’ll help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually research new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

As an Information Technology Support Associate , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Information Technology Support Associate will acquire deep knowledge of the supported systems, including their integrations with each other and with other firm and network systems
Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ServiceNow tickets and other channels, adhering to established response standards for timeliness and quality
Validate data supplied by users and upload to systems using established processes
The Information Technology Support Associate will coordinate support activities with experts on other technical teams
Identify and report support trends to team managers
Identify inefficiencies in and propose improvements to support processes
With guidance, support the planning and testing of system features
Coordinate and perform testing within the team and with other teams
Report defects for escalation and perform retests
Perform post-release testing of deployments and releases with ETA members and members from other teams
The Information Technology Support Associate will support the planning and implementation of change management programs
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Relevant experience supporting a fast-paced team in a professional services environment highly, preferred
Previous experience in a user-facing IT support role
Understanding of document management systems, such as Sharepoint Online (SPO)
Proficiency in using Google G Suite, MS Office Suite, Windows 10
Software testing or quality assurance experience desirable
Experience with data visualization tools such as Alteryx or Power BI desirable
Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow desirable
Familiarity with ITIL processes desirable
Ability to work in a highly technical and ever-changing work environment
Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, accurately analyze technical issues, and articulate this information in terms appropriate to the audience
Ability to communicate effectively with partners, staff and technical specialists inside and outside the organization
Strong team player able to inspire others to perform at optimal levels
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered an asset
