The Influencer Executive will work within the rapidly growing Influencer Marketing Team to help drive awareness, endorsement, advocacy and fandom for Sky’s brand, content plus products and services within the earned media space. The Influencer Marketing team sit alongside the Social and PR teams, within Sky’s Corporate Affairs Division.

What you’ll do:

  • Build market leading influencer marketing strategies and campaigns which resonate with influencers and their followers to create genuine advocacy for the brand, prompting conversation around our products and/or content.
  • Take a leading role in the planning, creation and delivery of Sky’s influencer activity, ensuring our business priorities are fully supported and amplified.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends within the influencer sphere to ensure Sky’s approach remains relevant and appealing.
  • Identify and maintain meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers across all channels.
  • Assist the team with the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, creative, implementation and reporting.
  • Manage the delivery of influencer deliverables, on time and on budget whilst maintaining good relationships with talent and/or agents.
  • Responsible for handling the influencer toolset and ensuring the usual rigour and quality checks are always maintained.
  • Help the team with the execution of influencer events, sourcing venues, coordinating logistics and hosting influencer guests.
  • Gather the results of all activity to feed into our evaluation tool to ensure that our work is fully represented.
  • Develop good relationships with our key influencers, facilitating opportunities to engage with them on a regular basis.
  • Follow the content of our contracted influencers to ensure they are adhering to their contracted obligations and identifying trends that can help shape future activity.
  • Understand the finance processes and ensure team accuracy with influencer and supplier payments.
  • Source content and opportunities, assisting to manage the monthly newsletter which is sent to talent and agents.
  • Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficient in engaging and working with prominent UK influencers.
  • Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of one-two years’ experience in the field.
  • Ability to identify trends/techniques that deliver engagement and advocacy. A keen interest in entertainment would be advantageous.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Self motivated, action-orientated and ambitious with positive “can-do” attitude.
