Our client based in Basildon are looking for an experienced Import Operations Clerk with ETSF experience to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated with great people skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

The Import Operations Clerk will involve:-

* Planning of import containers and warehouse loads
* Using CNS to report on ETSF cargo
* Arranging deliveries and collections for customers
* Billing all files
* Liaising with customs when containers are on port hold
* Speaking with customers on the telephone

Requirements for the Import Operations Clerk role:-

* Previous experience in a similar Import Operations ETSF role using CNS
* Excellent customer service skills
* "Can do" attitude

Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
