Qualifications
Position Summary
We have an opportunity for an energetic, customer service oriented full-time Imaging-Scanning Clerk for our dynamic, fast-paced, Toronto office. The position reports to the Manager, Premise Operations and is scheduled to work 9:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday in the office. The primary role of the Imaging-Scanning Clerk is to work within a team, providing high level customer service and supporting the office with a variety of administrative functions including scanning, document management and general office services support.

Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
Ability to lift boxes of paper/files 35lbs up to 50lbs as necessary
Quality control, assessing the scanned images for accuracy, and quality standards
Scanning of closing books and creating Portfolio in Adobe such as renaming and packaging as per firm standard and saving in the firm’s system
Performs scanning tasks and completes OCR requirements for all hard-copy documents in order to convert the documents into electronic format
Excellent computer skills; proficient in PC environment, with good skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to use office equipment including fax machine, photocopier, binding equipment, printer, scanning and indexing systems
Capable of coordinating and preparing projects for printing
Proactive responding to first level phone calls from end users of equipment to determine the problem, clear paper jams, run test copies and determine status of machines
Provide scheduled trips to all machines to conduct cleaning of glass, toner replacement, stocking paper and general cleanness of work space
Monitoring and ordering of supplies
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a print/copy centre environment
