***The base salary banding for this role is £81,000 - £120,000 in London and £70,000 - £105,000 outside of London, plus the benefits listed below.***

Our Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) is looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to lead, manage and coach a team of engineers in the Cloud Identity Services team to deliver Identity & Access management tooling, processes and controls across the bank’s Google Cloud Platform. You’ll be responsible for tooling design and implementation, delivering tooling which meets the bank’s Cloud Control Framework, while delivering capability and agility for value stream consumers. You’ll work with existing teams within Identity Services to integrate cloud processes and controls with existing enterprise tooling (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager and ServiceNow). You’ll provide thought leadership and expertise in selection, design and implementation of multi-cloud identity tooling e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt. You’ll identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation, collaborate with Identity Product Owners to size and prioritise tasks. You’ll collaborate with Value Streams to understand requirements and build these into new or existing processes. You’ll support cross-skilling of Identity Engineers to provide a multi-cloud Identity capability.
