Job Description

This role will be responsible for

  • Designing, creating and producing weekly/monthly headcount reports; production of reports, analysing the information, drawing conclusions and recommendations
  • Designing and maintenance of any tactical or strategic reporting tool(s) and working on further opportunities to leverage the tool within the resourcing office team and across ICG LoB
  • Participating in regular headcount forecasting activities, working with resourcing office team to prepare visuals, breakdowns and comparisons to enable decision making.
  • Developing data quality checks and reporting across resourcing office processes and with aligned functional partners and LoB stakeholders
  • Supporting and responding to internal queries and challenge from aligned functional partners and LoB stakeholders
  • Effectively communicating with key stakeholders  developing and delivering presentations to team and stakeholders on data analytics and trends.
  • Supporting the development of existing and implementation of new tools covering job requisitions, headcount management, financial planning, capacity planning etc.

While there are core activities and daily tasks to handle, the role is re-active and will be required to respond to a variety of tight turnaround requests from key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous relevant experience, likely including working in a COO, central finance or resourcing team
  • Experience of setting up and working extensively with reporting tools on large data sets e.g. tableau, power BI
  • Experience in preparing and delivering management level presentations, superior Microsoft Office expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables and reference data in MS Excel
  • Preferred experience in documenting and improving data and reporting processes. Must be ready to use own initiative and take the lead in devising creative solutions
  • Preferred experience of working in financial services.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders across multiple businesses, regions and support functions 
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong numerical skills with analytical ability to analyse data, metrics, and question results
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Additional competence in web-based tools e.g. Headcount, financial, people management.
