We are seeking a Human Resources Student for our BC Region, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4 months starting in September 2022. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Human Resources Manager.

As a Human Resources Student, you will:

• Assist with the maintenance of the applicant tracking system, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, and performing reference checks.
• Assist with the preparation for new employee and new student orientations.
• Provide administrative support for the employee career management process.
• Assist the organization of Health & Wellness events and initiatives.

What you will bring to the role:

• Ability to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team.
• Previous experience with a learning management system (LMS) or applicant tracking system will be considered an asset.
