This role will involve performing a wide variety of HR duties, including assisting with a company wide project for their new HRIS system. This Long-term contract HRIS System Administrator role is based in the Vancouver, British Columbia area.

Your responsibilities

• Creating user accounts, updating all employee information
• Analyzing data, HRIS performance metrics and resolving issues.
• Update internal policies and procedures under the general guidance of the HR leadership team
• Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
• Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
• Updating HRIS, maintaining company databases, and running queries.
• Helping with overall HRIS implementation and performing diagnostic tests.

Requirements

• 2+years' Experience within HR or as a HRIS administrator
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a professional certification in human resources, business management, or a related field
• Prior knowledge or experience with HRM software administration, specifically UKG.
• Experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
• Experience in running reports, tests and audits
• Proficient with office computer applications and software, as well as social media platforms
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
