The HR Services team sit at the very heart of this, providing critical service and building trusted relationships with all our colleagues and leaders.

About you

You will be experienced across HR services and systems, with a depth and breadth of knowledge of all HR processes, with the confidence to coach and upskill leaders and colleagues to good customer outcomes. You will have credibility and the ability to manage and build relationships, both with your business area and senior members of the HR team. 

You will be able to manage your caseload, ensuring that all process and policy questions are owned and actioned timely and accurately. You will have the desire and ambition to develop yourself as an HR professional and become a superuser in Workday. You will be a champion of our Customer First strategy, with a full understanding of customer segmentation and how to deliver what is truly important to each customer of the service. 

More specifically you will have:

• Solid communication skills, with the ability to coach, empower and upskill leaders. 
• High attention to detail and can process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard.  
• Be process and system-focused, with a passion for efficiency and simplification.
• Customer First mindset with a depth of thinking that gets to the heart of customer needs.
