What you’ll do:

• Establish a dynamic and fruitful relationship with different stakeholders across the structure 

• Maintain a supportive, engaging, and rewarding onboarding experience for new joiners 

• Take care of the experience throughout the employee journey 

• Manage end-to-end organization of training activities, and respective follow-up 

• Own the different initiatives during the year targeting teammates' motivation, satisfaction level among other indicators 

• Promote, organize and facilitate employee wellness and engagement programs that involve occupation health and all related matters 

• Manage and improve benefits program 

• Act as a hands-on business partner, advising on HR-related topics and providing the needed support and resolution to the teams 

• Play an important role in shaping the culture of Sky Portugal across our different sites 

Your Skills and Experience:

• + 4 years of experience as an HR Professional or Business Partner 

• Previous experience working in an international environment  

• Can-do and solution-oriented attitude

• Ability to multi-task and change priorities accordingly to the business needs 

• Ready to collaborate with the stakeholders regardless of different seniority levels  

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills 

• A flexible, creative, collaborative, and innovative approach 

• Empathetic team player 

• Fluent in English
