What you’ll do:
Establish a dynamic and fruitful relationship with different stakeholders across the structure
Maintain a supportive, engaging, and rewarding onboarding experience for new joiners
Take care of the experience throughout the employee journey
Manage end-to-end organization of training activities, and respective follow-up
Own the different initiatives during the year targeting teammates' motivation, satisfaction level among other indicators
Promote, organize and facilitate employee wellness and engagement programs that involve occupation health and all related matters
Manage and improve benefits program
Act as a hands-on business partner, advising on HR-related topics and providing the needed support and resolution to the teams
Play an important role in shaping the culture of Sky Portugal across our different sites
+ 4 years of experience as an HR Professional or Business Partner
Previous experience working in an international environment
Can-do and solution-oriented attitude
Ability to multi-task and change priorities accordingly to the business needs
Ready to collaborate with the stakeholders regardless of different seniority levels
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
A flexible, creative, collaborative, and innovative approach
Empathetic team player
Fluent in English
