In this role you will:
Act as the first point of contact for Employees providing guidance on a number of HR queries such as the completion of forms, guidance on HR systems and Company policies,
Lead and drive a wide range of communication activities such as All Employee Meetings, newsletters, site-wide emails, communication screens and notice boards,
Support a number of HR activities, including talent management reviews, learning & development, recruitment, employee relations cases and culture development,
Lead projects and initiatives to drive a positive culture and working environment including being responsible for the site Engagement & Wellbeing calendar,
Work with the transactional HR team (Global People Services) and global HR colleagues for consistency and streamlined HR activity, and
Support our continuous improvement culture through active participation on Lean Events, Workshops and Continuous Improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate studying Human Resources, Communications or Business based degree
Good level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Good attention to detail and work to a high level of accuracy
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation
Have a proactive and organized approach to the various duties involved
Able to work to tight deadlines and have a flexible attitude to respond to rapid changes in tasks
Needs to be a confident and clear communicator in both written and verbal skills
Must be able to work with confidential and sensitive issues with tact and discretion
IMPORTANT: Candidates must be able to commit to the full 12 month placement
