The role requires extensive engagement with people leaders to understand their areas of the organisation, their strategic objectives and to identify and resolve their strategic people risks. This role supports the development and delivery of HR service, policy, practice and strategy.
This position acts as the senior internal HR consultant, ensuring delivery of the HR services within a relationship/account management model to support their assigned business groups; establishing a proactive and agile partnering relationship between the agency and HR. The HR Business Partner works collaboratively with their HR Manager, HR Advisors and members of the wider HR team to deliver services. A full job description is attached.
