The Opportunity
Because of an internal promotion we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Because of ongoing growth and transformation we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the Broadmeadows team of CSL Behring.
Reporting to the HR Site Lead Broadmeadows you will partner with leaders to deploy solutions at both the operational and business-focused level across areas including change management, organisational design, talent management, performance management, total rewards, employee engagement, employee relations and industrial relations.
The Role
- Promote a culture of engagement
- Provide leaders with actionable insights and trends on their people
- Influence and build relationships with leaders and people managers
- Provide coaching and support to the leaders to promote work that enables the delivery of performance
- Obtain and use available people and business metrics to inform and manage people decisions (data-driven decisions).
- Support the talent agenda to build a sustainable pipeline of passionate team members through acquisition, talent moves, retention and development actions.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to obtain recommendations for organisational design
- Support change management initiatives and plans for people and projects as part of the site transformation
- Support cyclical end-to-end performance review, talent and development processes
- Manage and navigate Lead employee relations matters, including provide advice and counsel to leaders regarding employee performance, policy adherence, grievances, and union matters.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, business or related field is essential
- 5years' experience in a progressive HR Business Partner roles and part of a dynamic global organisation
- Experience in a similar position within the Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing or health industry
- Strong generalist skills with a strong understanding and practical experience in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations and industrial relations.
- Ability to think on your feet, solve problems and implement effective solutions
- Engage with employees at all levels of the organisation and quickly build credibility and strong working relationships and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes
- Able to work independently and deliver to agreed timeframes with a results driven approach
