Please apply today Job title : Organisational Design Business Partner Duration: Temporary ongoing position Start date: ASAP Location : Fully Remote (Offices based in Westminster) Hourly rate: £17-£22 an hour Duties include the following: Working with senior leadership teams to translate strategic goals into effective operating models.
Assessing the structure of organisations using analytical tools and techniques, such as capability mapping, and identifying opportunities for improvement Exploring problem statements to understand root causes and recommend critical improvements Facilitation of Designing workshops, getting research, and feeding back from the team Helping business groups to navigate organisational change, implementing new structures, processes, and ways of working Supporting design of staff engagement and communications to ensure effective implementation of organisational changes Supporting design of cross-cutting processes, governance, and interactions to ensure resilience and increase collaboration Developing and testing a high level capability framework to differentiate between different structures, reduce duplication and support assurance Developing and implementing a new leadership framework Embedding new Values and behaviours across the organisation to support behavioural change in alignment with structural and process changes Identifying, quantifying, and supporting delivery of the financial and non-financial benefits of organisation design Building OD&D mindset and capability across the department Undertake any other duties commensurate with the skill set of this post and grade Candidate specifications/requirements Experience of leading and delivering Organisation Design and Development Projects in a complex organisation or consultancy role CIPD qualification required Flexibility to travel to UK offices for workshops, research, and team meetings (1 per month) Experience of designing and facilitating workshops using OD methodologies Experience of working with senior teams to improve their effectiveness through a range of behavioural and organisation development practices such as process mapping, operating model design and behavioural interventions Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills Benefits of being a temporary candidate via Adecco Weekly pay Contract of Employment Paid annual leave Access to an exclusive employee benefit and discount portal Pension contributions Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
