A tier 1 contractor who Randstad are working closely with are on the lookout for a Housing Repairs Officer to come in and join their expanding team of officers. This is a temp to perm contract and officers can expect to go permanent after 3-6 months. The successful candidate will have experience working within the housing sector and experience working in fast paced responsive repairs in either a contractor or tenant facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service enquiries received by telephone, email, letter, personal callers, web portal or through an advocate
• Provide general support to the Leasehold Team as required, including service analysis and data reconciliation
• Provide support for key Leasehold functions such as producing Landlord Information Packs, Alteration Permissions and general administration relating to Enfranchisement, Lease Variation, Lease Extensions etc
• Investigate complaints and communicate with contractors to ensure diaries are filled up and works are completed smoothly and efficiently
• Raise and process invoices relating to supply chain partners and prepare them for authorisation and payment.
• Log and monitor Complaints, Freedom of Information Requests, Councillor Enquiries, MP Enquiries
