JS interiors is a home furnishings importer and retailer, showcasing beautiful extensive designer furnishings products to both the public and designers.

The right candidate will be able to work 3 working days ( Tues, Thurs, Sat) in our Penrose showroom and become a valuable part of our small team, as receptionist to help showroom visitors. 

Job responsibilities:

• Assistant with sales team
• Processing payment
• Transferring phone calls and greeting with visitors
• Liaising with customers’ queries
• Liaising with dispatch notice
• Administrative duties such as emailing invoice reminder etc.
• Keeping order filing up to date
• Filing the order and general showroom cleaning duties

Required Skills:

• Mature and empathetic approach to visitors
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Competent computer skills. In particular excel and outlook (email).
• A great attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Good eye for interior furnishing presentation.
• Highly efficient, well organised and people orientated
