About the role
In this phone-based role, you’ll be solving technical problems and providing IT support to our team members around the world. You’ll need confident skills in Microsoft technologies, cloud apps, networking, help desk software, databases, and remote technology support tools.
There is the option to be based in Auckland or Hastings. The role operates during regular business hours, however there is a rostered on-call component where you’ll be paid an additional allowance.
About you
We're looking for a customer-centric problem solver with an IT qualification and industry certifications (A+/Networks+, Cisco, Microsoft). You’ll come to us with previous experience in a helpdesk and/or mobile phone support role.
You've got excellent communication skills, loads of initiative, and take ownership of issues through to resolution. It’s a fast-paced role where you’ll need to multi-task and prioritise while providing a first-class customer experience
