The Fire, Health and Safety team work tirelessly to develop and embed a positive, safe, and secure environment at Harrods, and we are recruiting for an systems analyst join our team, in order to provide vital guidance and advice to the Harrods group.

About You

An excellent communicator that can influence a range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Someone who has high attention to details and the ability to process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard and at their own initiative. Your experience with working with sensitive data and knowledge of the GDPR requirements will be essential.

You will be delivering management information to the team’s requirements, including in-depth analysis of existing FHS data as well as interpreting raw data to identify patterns and trends to share information with stakeholders in suitable forms to support decision making. You will be coordinating routine FHS reports, creating updated packs and conducting database training when required.

Able to use Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint at an advanced level and understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 or 45001 would be helpful.
