Tructyre has an exciting opportunity for an Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team and support our continued commitment to H&S . 

You will be joining on a Full-Time Permanent basis working 40 hours per week on a Remote basis covering our Northern Region.

This includes tyre maintenance, tyre supply and 24/7 rapid emergency assistance. In the UK our team of 600 colleagues work across a warehouse network, regional depots, and our customer experience centre to take care of our customers. 

About the Health and Safety Business Partner role: 

Reporting to our Head of Health and Safety, you will be an ambassador for our United on safety culture across our Northern Region, (encompassing our CEC, operations and logistics business areas) and support in embedding our health and safety strategy. 

As an integral partner to our operational team you will utilise specialist knowledge and become an expert resource and initial point of contact for all health and safety issues across your geographic area. At Tructyre, our mission is to De-risk Britain’s Fleets and our HSE team support our colleagues to deliver this to our clients in the safest possible way. 

Your responsibilities as our Health and Safety Business Partner will include: 

Develop and implement H&S improvement plans, including preventative safety controls and behaviours. Own the delivery of H&S projects across various business functions, with responsibility for budgetary, resource and timing requirements. Support the wider business in driving staff engagement with health and safety initiatives and developments. Delivering training and communications through various channels.
