What you’ll do:

• Own Trading performance consolidation : responsible for ensuring that we’re sharing the right numbers and actionable insights on performance & it’s drivers to the UK Leadership team each week. You’re also leading on transforming the efficiency and effectiveness of our forecasting & reporting through automation and use of the latest tools (Anaplan)
• Transform our planning : responsible for the design and implementation of our new planning process. Turn a set of product plans from our category P&Ls into a single, executable plan to best attract and retain customers, which you then present to the CCO / CEO. You’ll then own that plan, making sure we stay on the same page across Commercial, Trading, RTMs (sales channels), Customer Services & Finance as we cascade the plan through the organisation.
• Be the Home of Trading Insight : bring together insights from multiple sources to enable us to make informed, timely decisions. Your team are the Quick Reaction Force that deals with tricky trading questions from the UK Leadership team each week, using all of those insight sources and working cross-functionally with multiple teams to get to a timely recommendation.
• Know our Competition : Obsess about what our competition are doing and the impact that it could have on our business. Use this insight to make informed recommendations on changes to our plan to ensure that we stay one step ahead
• Manage Trading Performance : responsible for delivering value & volume KPIs in our key retention channels, TV Retention & Value. You’ll need to use insight & your trading intuition to understand performance, build plans and take actions to make sure we continue our exceptional customer & product retention performance long into the future
