Strategy
Overall responsibility for the organisational Sales Strategy to hit SQL targets required to meet overall growth goals in a fast paced scale up environment
Define, articulate and implement the organisational strategy for selling our SaaS and coaching products and services.
Ownership of the business development plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
You LOVE improvement and research
Assess costs, competition and demand to identify sales opportunities.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Leading the Team and Collaborating
Mentor and support the sales team to meet their goals and contribute to the success of the business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to find ways to generate new leads and nurture existing leads in the pipeline.
Lead the sales team's efforts to establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and prospective customers both externally and internally.
Work with prospective customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Metrics and reporting
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of the sales process.
Develop forecasts to help achieve sales targets to ensure we hit our growth targets.
Provide the CEO and COO and wider team with clarity on how the business is performing in sales.
Provide KPI reporting measuring Sales performance for the sales leaders, COO and COO, and wider Exec team, for use in organisational planning and strategy setting.
You have proven experience as a Head of Sales and have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role.
You prioritise leadership and the enablement of your team, but you still want to get your hands dirty and sell.
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
