Following the launch of Sky Glass, we are now planning the next wave of innovation for Sky Glass and Sky Q. As part of this journey, we are looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to lead the roadmap planning process and our go-to-market activity for these products.

What you’ll do:

• Work with Directors and Heads of Product to ensure that our product roadmaps are optimal for both our business and our customers.
• Ensure there’s a good weekly/ monthly/ quarterly cadence of activity to ensure we’re making the right prioritisation decisions at the right time; and keeping all relevant partner groups involved.
• Optimise our processes and ways of working as we evolve
• Lead the roll-out of Product Board – and ensure we’re using it to
• Act as the focal point amid internal partners – individual product teams; local and group business teams; delivery.
• Own go-to-market activity.
• Line management of a 1- 2-person team to help implementation.

What you’ll bring:

• Works well with all areas of the business – can be credible with delivery/ engineering, product, and business teams.
• Demonstrates good judgement about product prioritisation.
• Naturally collaborative and inclusive – bringing collaborators and partners with them through the road mapping process.
• Strong program management / organisational skills.
• A track record of bringing disparate teams together and help drive them towards the best solution.
• Experience of working in a matrix environment – achieving results through collaboration and influence rather than direct line management authority.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
