What you’ll do:

• Own the product roadmap for these features, and will work closely with the Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Service, Business Development, Technology, UX Design, Customer Services, Operations, Legal, Finance, in-market teams to prioritise this roadmap using a data driven methodology.
• Nurture a highly skilled Product team, from recruitment to career progression and guide them to fulfil their further potential through coaching and example.
• Ensure you and your team monitor product performance, CSAT, NPS, customer feedback, competitors, market trends, tech innovations, legal developments, and work closely with all relevant stakeholders or partners to identify new opportunities, needs and problems to solve.
• Set the vision for your team, who will have a deep understanding of the NOW customer and business needs and be passionate evangelists of simple, beautiful design to create intuitive user experiences that are enjoyed by customers in all markets.
• Your teams will be well trained and see the benefit in using ‘Working Backwards’, Agile, BDD Gherkin and UML best practices, failing cheaply and early, and OKRs. You will encourage a culture of innovation and validate ideas through user testing and multi-variant testing early and often.
• Work effectively in a matrix organisational structure to influence decision-making and strategic direction of NOWs product priorities.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of software product management, preferably in a global B2C environment, with 2+ years leading product teams as a manager.
• Solid understanding and experience working with customer/subscriber acquisition pipelines and customer retention systems (sign up, payments, CRM, fraud, self-help, churn)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MBA and/or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical-thinking skills; with a strong understanding and experience of A/B and multi-variant testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunities
