Responsibilities

• Part of the senior leadership team in the Product Studio, as a critical part of the team that are leading the studio through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive teams of software developers and engineering leaders
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution & software maintainability
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and enabling design, research and sales to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and the healthiness of services
• Understand Smart Tech’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure your org is effective, healthy and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
• Identifies and initiates opportunities for new projects or focus areas and builds teams necessary to execute
• Drive world class Technology decisions with the platform team that aide the digital performance and ultimately improve the customer experience
• Monitors latest mobile platform trends and ensures a feature-ready evolution of the tech stack
• Builds a solid quality assurance strategy with focus on automation, aligning engineering and QA to enable fast release cycles and best-in-class software quality

Minimum Qualification

• Experience in mobile application development and/or software development
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
• Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in a consumer-focused technology company
• Experience building “Zero-to-One" products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces in a start-up or start-up type environment
