You will be the inspirational Lead of a team in excess of 25+ Programme Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts, with fast-growing focus on DevOps culture and Agile practices, and driven by Business value and success, all in favor of our Advertisement Business across Sky in Europe.

What you’ll do:

Champion the stakeholders: capable of combining the understanding of advertisement performance and its drivers with the understanding of technological capabilities to build market leading products and services.

Ownership: taking personal accountability for the delivery of a large business and technology roadmap across 3 countries; new/improvement of current products, overseeing every stage of delivery. Defining and tracking against clear success criteria and benchmarking externally on what great looks like,

Simple product design: define clear product requirements, business rules and customer journeys which are driven by simplicity. Focusing on the things that really matter to deliver the business vision and being fearless to drop good ideas for the sake of simplicity and focus.

Communicate: present the product vision and its business case at a peer-to-peer and senior management level. Build and maintain credibility with key partners and peers across Sky

Work collaboratively: work closely with Proposition, Marketing, Trading, Technology, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Network Services, Procurement, as well as external partners and suppliers; communicate business vision and provide ongoing direction across multi-disciplinary teams.

Innovation & Idea generation: see opportunities for product development with innovative ideas, supported by compelling business cases, that will help us deliver the best customer experience, persuading other teams, up to director level, that your proposals make business sense.

What you’ll bring:

Product experience: shown success in the management of teams developing and delivering new products and improving existing products with aligned processes and methodologies, in the AdTech or Media space

Coach and developing teams: Empowering teams to deliver and supporting them to learn and grow through experience sharing and tailored development experiences

Customer success focused: with excellent partner management skills, you will be obsessed by the business success of your partners and customers

Experience working across international technology-oriented teams: able to work effectively with marketing, sales, product, engineering, support, finance colleagues to produce extraordinary results, across different countries

Detailed experience of DevOps culture and Agile frameworks, Large experience with SCRUM or SAFe methodologies, Proven experience with Products or Platforms delivered and operated in the Cloud

A good understanding about Big Data and AI/ML challenges.

The AdTech teams are located in Osterley (UK), Munich (Germany) and Milan (Italy), and Sky is embracing the hybrid working model.

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
