“As a Head of Product, Analytics & Experimentation for NOW you will lead a team of 7 that will be responsible for reporting, analysing and optimising the customer journeys on NOW/Sky Ticket in UK, Italy, Germany and ROI across web, mobile and TV devices” â€“ Ben Lavender, Group Director of Product Management

What you’ll do:

• Objective-driven customer tracking to assess product performance using Adobe Analytics, ensuring that all user journeys are correctly tracked using Adobe Tag Manager.
• Building KPI dashboards using Tableau on top of Google Cloud Platform to establish self-serve capabilities within Product to empower teams to effectively analyse and prioritise feature roadmaps.
• Extract knowledge and actionable insights from data mining and exploratory analysis of end-to-end customer journeys and the customer lifecycle, e.g. cohort analysis, correlation analysis etc.
• Position ‘test-and-learn’ mentality at the heart of decision making by establishing A/B and multivariant tooling and comprehension of statistical results.
• Advocacy and delivery of machine learning algorithms that solve real world customer and business problems.
• Actively promote data-driven culture in the Product team.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in applying data science on a consumer facing product, ideally multi-country; with 2+ years as a manager.
• Graduate (Bachelor, Master or PhD) of a STEM subject, or an equivalent background.
• Excellent quantitative data analysis, critical-thinking skills and exploratory modelling.
• Strong statistical background in bi-variate and multi-variate testing in a dynamically adapting product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in dealing with very granular data, using key Big Data technologies.
• Experience with Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, Dynamic Yield or Optimizely, are a plus but not required
