Job Description
The Role
- Manage the global Google and Facebook account with no budgetary restrictions as long as targets are met (Typically 20% - 30% gross profit)
- Full marketing team of experienced copywriters, video editors, designers and developers at your disposal.
- Currently 1 direct report with approval to grow the team as needed.
- Very competitive performance bonus - as well as a base salary, all our performance team are incentivised with a % of profit driven. The more profit you drive, the more you earn and its uncapped
- Scope to explore other search and social channels for opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience managing Google shopping and Facebook advertising for ecommerce brands at over $500k in monthly spend.
- Strong understanding of scaling Youtube campaigns
- Proven track record of strategising and working with video editors, copywriters and funnel builders to deliver high ROAS ads and landing pages at high spends.
- Experience managing, growing and training teams.
- Excellent numerical ability and an obsession with data
- Performance mindset. Successful candidates will always strive to beat targets monthly
- Ability to train and manage a small team of paid search and social managers below you while directly managing accounts yourself.
- Minimum B grade in Maths at GCSE or A level.
- Engineering or maths degree highly beneficial though not essential
