GreenTech Resources is currently hiring Head of Operations and Maintenance(website) for  our client based in Seattle/San Jose . GreenTech is a Foreign Worker Recruitment Company based in Regina.

The company mainly focuses on women’s wear, but it also offers men’s apparel, children’s clothes, accessories, shoes, bags and other fashion items. Our client mainly targets Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East along with other consumer markets. The brand was founded in October 2008, and since then it has upheld the philosophy that “”everyone can enjoy the beauty of fashion.”” Its business covers more than 220 countries and regions around the world.

Now they are setting up the the IT technical team in West Coast of US to enhance their capability to support the fast growing business, and they are urgently hiring for the following position:

Head of Operations and Maintenance(Website)

Roles &Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning, design, optimization, and evolution of operation and maintenance technology architecture
2. Promote the overall construction of operation and maintenance platform and comprehensively improve the efficiency of production and research through empowerment
3. In depth design and implementation of business systems, lead the reliability, operation and maintenance and capacity planning of system architecture; Continuously optimize service architecture and cluster performance
4. Explore and research new operation and maintenance technologies, provide direction and promote the application of suitable technology in production
5. Responsible for the development of operation and maintenance resource utilization plan while managing use of resources and effective cost control

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of operation and maintenance experience in the Internet industry, with large-scale, high availability cluster operation and maintenance planning design and implementation experience
2. Have the ability to analyze and improve upon the architecture of large-scale application system and identify system bottlenecks
3. In-depth understanding of Linux operating system and architecture, proficient in TCP / IP protocol stack, familiar with the operation, maintenance management of Ali-cloud / AWS / Tencent cloud / Huawei cloud and other cloud platforms
4. Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems. Familiar with distributed, microservice, cache, message queue, and other mechanisms
5. Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and other technologies preferred
6. Have an project management capabilities and ability to solve problems systematically
7. Team management experience, a strong collaborator with a high sense of responsibility Able to bear pressure and maintain positive atributes through rigorous work. Strong logical thinking ability, learning, and innovation ability;
8. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese”
