Join us as the Head of Onboarding and in-life Product (Tyl)

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to join the Tyl By Natwest Product team and help expand our market leading solutions. 
• As a strong people leader and Product mentor, you will recruit and develop our Product talent across Digital Marketing, Acquisition, Sales, Distribution, Boarding, Servicing, Operations  and risk. You will help them grow to become industry recognised talent who develops first class product in a payment domain.
• We’re looking for an analytical thinker who can research customer insights, execute product strategies and validate user and customer experience to drive engagement with our products

What you'll do

We’re looking for a true leader who wants to take full ownership of their role. You’ll demonstrate this by delivering new and enhanced products across all categories while keeping an eye on regulation and legislative requirements. This will be a constant, whether you’re leading the department’s input to our change initiatives and projects or executing the implementation of key products.

You’ll also be:

• Recommending and implementing improvements to the customer experience
• Driving the improvement of product processes, leadership and support for the resolution of any incidents
• Building a culture of continuous improvement, implementing changes, improving efficiency and driving down costs
• Generating and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Conducting root cause analysis to mitigate against the reoccurrence of known product risks

The skills you'll need

You’ll already be a capable and experienced leader with knowledge of how to drive customer value, meet deadlines on budget, and with the ability to demonstrate strategic talents. Your communication skills need to be excellent and you’ll have a commitment to succeed in everything you do.

You’ll also be expected to have:

• Great leadership skills and can influence decisions at senior level supported by strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of technology and its relationship with product development
• A background in Software engineering, technical business analysis or product SME within payments, developing products from requirements to delivery
• Strong understanding of complex multi-party integration and direct responsibility for managing partner product development
• Matured experience in Agile way of working. Should be able to influence and coach tech team and business on Agile Methodologies
