With constant business growth and development, we are excited to be bringing to market the opportunity to join our team as our Head of Marketing, reporting into our GM of eCommerce and Marketing.

This role is based out of our rebel HQ located in Rhodes, Sydney.

About the role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will play an integral part in developing and leading an effective Rebel Marketing Strategy, that supports the business key initiatives while positively driving brand awareness, consideration, market share growth and financial outcomes. You will be an experienced team leader who can manage and develop a high performing marketing team as well as prioritise opportunities and manage resources in line with the business strategy.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

• Develop marketing strategic plans to meet business objectives and maximise positive customer engagement and sales growth
• Own execution of marketing activities across all channels- paid, owned and earned
• Manage the digital performance marketing strategy to ensure traffic and revenue targets are achieved
• Build and manage effective relationships at a senior level internally, and with external agency, sponsorship and trade partners
• Monitor and manage campaign and media budgets

To be successful in this role

• You will have senior capability and experience coming from within Marketing including leadership of Marketing teams
• Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning, Digital Marketing, and experience with managing multiple Marketing Agencies
• Experience in the management of media across all channels
• Previous experience in managing and activating partnerships such as large-scale sponsorships
• Experience coming from within Retail/Consumer Industries would be highly advantageous
