Job summary
Amazon Devices organization, which include Amazon Echo, FireTV, Fire Tablets, Kindle E-readers, Blink & Eero is looking for a Go-to-Market senior manager to support its indirect EMEA channels. The GTM team works cross-functionally to set the channel strategies, define new country and new category playbooks, and ensure partner launch readiness. We work with Europe's largest Retailers, and other large organizations who want to partner with Amazon Devices. Working with multiple internal product category teams, sales and marketing team across many locales and channels, we are experiencing rapid growth. This is a senior role reporting directly into the EU Director - Indirect Channels.
Key job responsibilities
• Own all aspects of the indirect channel GTM strategies, including defining new country, new channel and new category playbooks.
• Analyse market segment datas, key insights, trends and make recommendations to achieve category goals.
• Be customer obsessed and dive deep into specific business analysis to identify development opportunities.
• Drive projects to improve how we scale our new product launch readiness operations and tools.
• Work in a fast-paced, data-led environment with product, sales and marketing, finance, BI and operation teams
• Raise the bar for operational excellence – rolling out best-practices across multiple local and global operating processes.
• Manage and develop a small team of program managers.
• Be able to present with senior leaders, up to VP level, both internally and externally.

• Bachelor or Master's degree
• Multiple years of experience in GTM, channel management or equivalent function with exposure to sales teams.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Highly analytical, ability to manage at strategic and operational levels.
• Demonstrates an ability to work quickly, collaboratively and successfully with multiple global stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Master’s degree (MBA).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, highly matrixed environment.
• Experience in Consumer Electronic industry / physical tech goods.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects across functional teams.
