We’re currently searching for brilliant Head of Finance to support our Finance Director here in the UK region.

Role Responsibility
The role will work with the Finance Director and MD Consumer Products & Licensing (CP&L), providing recommendations to the senior management team on commercial decisions, reviewing modelling and assisting in drafting investment papers.
You will work closely with the Commercial Planning & Analysis finance team in the review and update of modelling for proposed business cases. In addition, supporting the team in challenging the business as they develop plans ensuring they align to Long Range Plan submissions.
You will also support the reporting team around key deadlines and deliverables such as royalty reporting, reporting a global CP&L view or the occasional year end request.
Ensure the provision of a high-level service to business stakeholders. Identifying areas for improvements and implementing findings from internal or external audit review and those highlighted in Post Investment Reviews
The role will also include other ad hoc duties as required by Finance Director, MD CP&L or UK Region COO.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years’ senior experience in a media environment with a focus on Consumer Products and/or Licensing. This role is a key business partner to the CP&L division, so experience of partnering senior stakeholders and the ability to communicate, both verbally and written, to such an audience is crucial.
It is critical to have a proven focus on investment analysis and appraisal and post investment review, with an ability to create ownership and to hold the business responsible for delivering against plans.
Demonstrable experience of reporting financial performance, budgeting and forecasting, and long range plans aligned to strategic objectives is also essential.
