In this role, you will push the boundaries of what’s possible in facilities operational support and service delivery as a visionary and thought leader for Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS). You'll execute on a plan to meet those objectives, drive strategic portfolio wide initiatives that result in efficiencies, and align facilities plans for growth. You'll promote the organizational “One REWS†approach, act as a sounding board and collaborate with fellow Regional Managers, and effectively manage individual and team performance (focusing on nurturing future talent and leaders in the organization).
In this role, you'll also provide strategic leadership for the team relative to the development of the vendor partner relationship and set a direction and approach that enables our partners to bring industry leading strategies to Google, while maintaining a strong compliance approach.

We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally.
