Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, IaaS and PaaS sales.
  • Experience working with AI applications, business applications and positioning.
  • Experience positioning outcome based value selling at the CxO and Line Levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling to enterprise customers.
  • Industry knowledge, depth and credibility positioning analytical and AI solutions to solve industry challenges in one or more industries (Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, etc).
  • Understanding of the AI technology stacks and deployment options in the cloud.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, and strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan and present sales strategies.

As the Head of Enterprise AI Solutions Sales, you'll be a solution sales executive, overlaying to our direct enterprise sales organization, and working closely with our largest customers to help them shape their cloud strategy and enable their digital transformation. You will develop knowledge of AI offerings and customer base, and the strategies required to help prospective customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud and navigate the acquisition processes.

As a member of the Google Cloud team, your focus is on customers that want to leverage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform. You'll advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Enterprise AI vision and execution for Google Cloud to win enterprise deals and accelerate digital transformation across our customer base.
  • Manage accountability for workloads on Google Cloud within an assigned region and/or vertical.
  • Drive outcome value selling, deal structuring, execution and closing with the broader account teams.
  • Generate a plan to ensure broad engagement with large accounts. Lead the rollout of offerings in the region and ensure collaboration and engagement with sales teams. Develop strategies to accelerate the sales cycle in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with wider Google Account teams and AI counterparts to drive demand, and provide guidance to Marketing/Partners to develop campaigns. Build a pipeline of customers within assigned regions and/or verticals.
