Head of Distribution Data and Broker Performance – Salary banding of £90,000 to £110,000
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking senior leader who prides themselves on their passion for data and insight and their ability to use this successfully to drive performance. The ideally candidate needs to have worked in Financial Services extensively, demonstrating a strong understanding of the broker market, as well as of risk control management in this sector.
A bit about the job:
You will lead a team across both Data & Insight and Deals & Finance specialisms, working across all distribution channels to develop and implement a data-led Distribution approach. You will work with your teams to simplify and automate the production and use of MI, creating capacity to focus on producing insight and analysis that drives the performance of our brokers and partners, whilst maintaining strong governance controls.  You will continue to scan the market for external data sources that may enhance our understanding of the marketplace, as well as lead a transformation project focussed on the development of a CRM system capability and adoption across Distribution and the wider General Insurance division.
This role will be offered on a home-based contract; however, the incumbent will be required to travel across the UK (when required), including into our London and Norwich offices where your teams are primarily based!
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the UK General Insurance Intermediary market as well as of the wider Financial Services market, including issues and dynamic. This also needs to include a strong understanding of effective risk control management in this space
Good knowledge of data & MI tools and how to maximise performance of these
Expert knowledge of the ‘make-up’ of Broker & Partner accounts i.e., what constitutes good and poor performance as well as what the key data points need to be monitored to enhance performance
Strong people leadership skills with ability to build relationships, develop capability and manage talent effectively
Strong change management skills, including both design and implementation
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary between £90,000 and £110,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Eligibility for annual performance bonus of between 0% - 50%
