As a Head of Digital Product, your role will be central to us providing the most frictionless, simple, and optimized experiences for customers who are looking to join Sky, and for those existing customers who are looking to add more to their portfolio.

What you’ll do:

– Be responsible for driving our Conversion Rate Optimisation strategy and execution across all products on Sky.com
– Collaborate to define and set a clear tooling and technology roadmap to allow us to experiment rapidly and at scale
– Set out a clear and concise measurement framework such that experiments can run, succeed and fail rapidly, and those learnings are shared across the wider Digital team
– Lead a cross functional team of multiple product owners and squads working on executing the CRO strategy
– Teach the teams how to create and refine experimentation backlogs of rapid change, and drive a culture of experimentation
– Embed a process and culture of experimentation where rapid minor enhancements add up to sizable change
– Form part of the Sky Digital Leadership team responsible for the overall department’s success and ultimately our customers success
– Have the ability to see the grey within situations and adapt your style accordingly
– Have the energy and drive to be part of a transformation agenda where winning hearts and minds is as important as making change for our customers

What you’ll bring:

– Superb communication skills and presentation skills
– Demonstrative experience of telling stories, helping to simplify complex messages
– Demonstrative experience of landing successful customer experience transformation in digital
– Strategic digital thinking capability and an instinct for what customers need/want.
– An innate curiosity with the determination to find answers to address business challenges
– The ability to constructively challenge and question approaches that do not align to the strategy or business plan
– Willingness to push the boundaries to achieve and exceed industry benchmarks

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
