GreenTech Resources is currently hiring  Head of Cyber Security for  our client based in Seattle/San Jose . GreenTech is a Foreign Worker Recruitment Company based in Regina.

Job Location – Seattle / San Jose

The company mainly focuses on women’s wear, but it also offers men’s apparel, children’s clothes, accessories, shoes, bags and other fashion items. Our client mainly targets Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East along with other consumer markets. The brand was founded in October 2008, and since then it has upheld the philosophy that “”everyone can enjoy the beauty of fashion.”” Its business covers more than 220 countries and regions around the world.

Now they are setting up the the IT technical team in West Coast of US to enhance their capability to support the fast growing business, and they are urgently hiring for the following position:

Head of Cyber Security

Roles &Responsibilities

1. Knowledgeable in application of domestic and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, and experienced in data security and privacy protection

2. Identify global business compliance risks and minimize the risk of downtime

3. Develop and implement data security and privacy protection compliance technologies and management systems, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and business improvement

4. Promote the development and implementation of information security and privacy protection tools/processes

5. Establish a good communication and coordination plan, providing information security and privacy compliance consulting for business and technical departments; supporting various data and privacy-related reviews and certifications

6. Formulate, maintain, and optimize information security and privacy protection guidelines, policies, systems, and procedures

7. Participate in and assisting in handling company information security and privacy compliance-related work matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required
10 or more years of progressive experience in a leadership role
A graduate degree is desirable, but not required
Experience with IT security compliance, specifically NIST
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Dynamics, Servers, and Cloud-based Servers
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese”
