As Head of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for devising and leading the strategy to counter commercial piracy and maximise growth opportunities from piracy in the licensed trade. You will lead business critical relationships internally and externally to maximise impact and value.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a highly successful team to identify, act on, and drive revenue opportunities from piracy in commercial premises
• Manage relationships with key partners to maximise value from agreements
• Work with sales teams to identify & exploit sales opportunities from piracy
• Leading key strategic initiatives which require strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the business including, legal, marketing, technology and product teams
• Build relationships and work with teams in Sky Biz and across Sky including legal, anti-piracy, various product & platform teams
• Manage relationship with key external suppliers (including Premier League) to maximise value from agreements
• Work with sales team to maximise sales opportunities from piracy and ROI
• Understand principles of Copyright law application across UK & Ireland
• Understanding of how piracy works and available counter measures including watermarking and CA

What you’ll bring:

• A strong commercial acumen
• Experience in leading and inspiring teams to deliver results
• A proven ability to relationship-build with partners and stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• An understanding of the piracy ecosystem and anti-piracy activity including the legal framework and use of technology is welcome
