A bit about the job:
We are recruiting for a Head of Client Engagement within the Workplace Savings channel.
The role holder is aligned to all the active group pension schemes managed by Aviva based on intensity of client engagement required and strategic value to the business.
Many of these clients are global corporates employing many thousands of employees. The types of pension schemes include Own Rules Trusts, Master Trust, and contract-based schemes such as Group Personal Pensions, Stakeholder and SIPP.
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Head of Business Development to ensure that the Client team participates strongly in pitches, by creating a team of CRMs who are skilled at pitching and delivering key messages.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Possess strong business acumen and a high degree of commercial and financial understanding.
Gravitas and proven ability to network/build strong relationships at senior management/board level internally and externally.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire management teams.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex information and tailor to the needs of the audience.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills up to board level including stakeholder management.
