The Head of Business Operations will play a critical role in ensuring Sky Studios delivers its ambitious plans, working in close collaboration with Sky’s content, commercial, marketing and finance teams, as well as the leadership team, to ensure the organisation runs effectively and efficiently. This role will be responsible for Exec reporting across the Group for editorial updates, content plans and performance analysis to ensure Sky Studios is optimised to deliver Sky Originals across multiple territories. The role will also be responsible for managing the content pipeline and approval process from end to end.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end content pipeline process across all markets – from idea to execution – ensuring business alignment at all stages
• Senior stakeholder management to collate information and implement change across Group, as well as presenting Exec review reports to help monitor and assess Sky Studios’ performance, enabling informed decision making at every stage of the content process
• Manage and distribute editorial materials including scripts, viewing copies and commercial updates across the Group and deliver accurate and timely editorial and business updates to the relevant Sky Studios teams and business departments, driving productivity and efficiency
• Establish and manage the governance for the content approval process and oversee all central documentation, continuously seeking to review and improve processes and workflows and fostering a culture of operational excellence
• Co-owner of Sky Studios Content tracking database that is currently in development; building, managing, and running required business reports
• Lead and project manage ad hoc strategic projects, working in close collaboration with Sky Studios leadership team and building strong relationships with other stakeholders across Sky and NBCUniversal

What you’ll bring:

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build effective working relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tell stories through the use of data
• A track record of setting up, using and enabling, key performance indicators to drive business performance
• Project management capability: highly organised with attention to detail whilst also seeing the bigger picture
• An interest in the end-to-end content commissioning and production process
• Action oriented with a restlessness to change and improve things for the better
