• Strong visual merchandising judgment and experience.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service personally and in a management role.
• Oversee staff training in store operations, product knowledge and health and safety.
• Ensure merchandise selection, stocking levels, adjacencies, presentation and signage is maximized.
• Keep informed of relevant product and business trends while developing strategies to capture sales opportunities.
• Motivate staff to excel and consistently recognize achievement.
