SUMMARY
The Francis Crick Institute (the Crick) and CBRE are working in partnership to deliver Hard FM services at the Crick and together we are jointly delivering the Graduate Apprenticeship Scheme.
This is a 3-year programme which will provide exposure of technical, practical and management work experience, increasing in complexity over time, mapped to the UK engineering council spec for Incorporated / Chartered engineers with either IET or CIBSE. This will include attending a relevant technical training module, workplace activity, competence assessment and completion of the required Institute evidence portfolio.
At completion of the Apprenticeship, you will become a qualified and competent Professional Engineer to IEng or CEng with CIBSE or IET with skills knowledge and experience in:

These include but not limited to:
o Follow direction on all Health and Safety procedures
o Work within the parameters of agreed safe working practices according to your level of competence at the time
o Challenge any practices or situations you consider to be unsafe
o Always wear appropriate clothing and PPE
