Overview

Set on 650 acres of lush green fairways, rolling hills and gentle streams, Millbrook Resort is an internationally acclaimed, luxury lifestyle resort.

We seek a front office specialist like yourself who is passionate about the guest experience and providing an authentic five-star delivery to come and join our team!

The Role

The role is part of the Front Office team, delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted and a tailored made experience is delivered. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience.

Success Profile

• Passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
• Minimum of at least 12 months experience within a guest relations role preferably five-star
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills, coupled with a "can-do" attitude
• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Professional and immaculately presented
• Knowledge and experience with Opera Hotel Management systems is preferred
• Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team player
• Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
• Full clean Driver's Licence is advantageous
