The London Palladium is excited to be moving into our next concert season, welcoming artists back to a stage that has hosted legends all the way from Judy Garland to the likes of Coldplay and Madonna. We are currently looking to increase our pool of Guest Experience Hosts, on a casual basis, for this period.
If successful, you will drive sales in Front of House and Bar Operations whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service in order to ensure that our guests experience an enjoyable and safe visit to our theatre.

Are you passionate about excellent customer service? At LW Theatres we strongly believe every customer experience should be truly extraordinary. We are looking for proactive and engaging Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at The London Palladium.
The Guest Experience team are the face of The London Palladium and play a key role in ensuring our guests are welcomed into a safe and secure environment. In many instances, you are the first person our guests will encounter during their visit and you will be expected to deliver an exemplary level of customer service at all times.
As Guest Experience Host you will deal with all manner of customer queries, as well as driving sales throughout the building, be it behind the bar or inside the auditorium.
What you’ll be doing as Guest Experience Host…
- Being a key player in our exciting and diverse team of individuals to help stage the extraordinary.
- Upholding our Customer Charter by putting the guests experience at the forefront of everything you do.
- Welcoming our guests into this truly amazing building in an energetic and proactive manner.
- Ensuring our guests are free to relish and enjoy the spectacle on stage in a safe and secure environment by following our strict security procedures.
- Providing an open and approachable platform for all manner of customer queries at all times.
- Driving Bar and Retail Operations both inside the auditorium and behind any one of our bars.
- Supporting the Guest Experience Supervisor in maintaining a smooth operation in your designated area of the building.
- Increasing your knowledge of all things LW Theatres, enabling you to provide a thorough and comprehensive level of service.
What we need…
- Previous customer facing experience, as well as Bar work would be helpful.
- Passion for exemplary levels of customer service.
- The ability to build a strong rapport with guests in an engaging and professional manner.
- A team player who is comfortable working as part of a large group of individuals.
- A “can do†attitude with the ability to adapt to the fast pace of live theatre.
- A self-motivating, conscientious approach; with an eye for detail.
Rate of pay: £11.50 per hour
Commitment: Casual staff are free to give as much, or as little, availability as they wish.
