Responsibilities

As a Group Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Driving the strategy, vision, and execution for the team in collaboration with engineering, design and program management leaders
• Building strong partnerships with other global teams within Microsoft 365
• Lead a team of highly motivated managers and ICs
• Coaching and growing team leaders and engineers within the team
• Actively shape and drive a flexible, diverse, and inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to be their best

Drive innovation to make an impact at a massive scale and provide executive visibility

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building software products and services
• 5+ years of engineering management
• 5+ years of experience in cloud and related technologies
• Exceptional management skills to collaborate across teams and to inspire talented engineering talent
• Experience in working with distributed teams
• Experience in managing highly complex software services at internet scale
• Degree in CS or equivalent experience
