Key accountabilities

• Translate our brand strategies and insights into compelling creative ideas, working across all media – print, motion and digital design
• Present and critique own and others’ work and, when needed, contribute in diverse group settings

A typical day in this varied role could see you concepting, developing design ideas and art direction, storyboarding for social or A/V, laying out POS for print, cropping/slicing for our digital platforms or seeing an idea through on set.

About you

We’re looking for someone with ideas and passion to become an integral member of the team. You’ll be enterprising and independent – you won’t sit on your hands waiting for tasks. You’ll also be curious and unafraid to explore areas you don’t know so well. The pace is fast, so you’ll need to be a master juggler, adept at managing your time and making and justifying your own decisions.

Key skills

• Excellent visual design skills
• Experience of working to brand graphic guidelines
• Previous experience working in fashion retail would be a plus
• Understanding of digital design
• Must be highly organised and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and have a working knowledge of After Effects
• Design degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design
