Our fantastic Support Team supports the deployment and use of our products, providing exceptional service and effective delivery of technical consultancy services to our customers. This is an opportunity for a recent Graduate develop the skills and get great experience to become a Support Engineer who can then provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues.

Ideally you have had some customer service experience, have excellent spoken and written English, and enjoy communicating clearly over the phone/email. We look forward to hearing from you if want to start your career with an awesome technology company.

Requirements

In this role, you will learn to:

• Deliver exceptional technical and customer service and support
• Quickly diagnose system hardware, O/S and application issues and implement corrective actions and end-user training
• Perform detailed troubleshooting, provide workaround resolutions, root cause analysis and major incident management.
• Conduct end user training to ensure customer optimisation of solutions
• Document processes and procedures and update knowledge database
• Advocate for the end user; ensure they receive top quality, timely service and support

Your may have had experience in, or exposure to:

• Managing and monitoring systems
• Programming using modern languages
• Scripting with Powershell, VB and command line
• Experience/knowledge of SQL code
• API and web protocols
