Job Purpose:

 This is a critically important role and a great opportunity to build out an internal compliance program in our Consumer Indirect Operation to support our customer’s needs.

The Indirect Governance and Business Management Lead will provide and own the project management support related to the governance, risk and compliance efforts involving tracking and scheduling audits, tracking gap analysis activities, and track and drive the internal actions of the Consumer Indirect team.

Key Accountabilities:

•            Develop and implement a best practice contract management framework to support the Indirect account management team.

•            Build robust controls and internal and external governance to ensure that contractual commitments are delivered or exceeded whilst ensuring appropriate and timely engagement with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Legal, Finance, Compliance) and external stakeholders (Partners).

•            Ensure compliance with SOX.

•            Regular and concise reporting across all Internal and external (contract) KPIs, understanding performance across all KPIs (both Postpay and Prepay) and deliver insights back into the team

•            Key indirect representative to Interface with the business across regulatory projects

•            Responsible for providing an audit of compliance, ownership of governance and risk management and the quality lead for consumer Indirect (support ISO audits etc)

•            Accountable for delivering market insight back to the business

•            Identify and manage risks within the Indirect area holding all our areas to account to deliver on role.

•            Be the Indirect lead for Business continuity managing and maintaining business continuity plans.

•            Analytical mind and structured thinking - experience and ability to process and absorb large and diverse strands of information from multiple sources and integrate them in order to deliver clear recommendations

•  Sound judgment & decisioning

•   Strong understanding of customer insight, market dynamics and competitor positioning
